finishing Handshake und dann Connection Lost, Reconnecting

Hallo ich muss eine VPN nutzen und möchte zum erstenmal auf den Server joinen bis her hat es nur einmal geklappt und das war mit meinem Handy Hotspot habe mir dann nh vpn gekauft weil mein router irgendwie kaputt ist dann steht jetzt bei mir Finishing Handshake und dann Connection Lost Reconnecting wisst ihr weiter?
